Wavesport Blogs How To: Tune up your Forward Stroke
Wavesport Blogs - A few years ago I developed tendonitis in both my elbows to the point where I could barely turn the steering wheel in my car. In order to continue paddling, I realized I needed to adjust my forward stroke to decrease my pain. Well, no, not really. SeaKayakPhoto.com A new dawn on a favourite paddle
SeaKayakPhoto.com - On Sunday we went for one of our favourite local paddles. We met in darkness at Ardrossan ferry terminal where we left shuttle cars. We then drove north to Portencross as the sun was coming up.
