Whitewater - Coming April 1 to June 30 White Water paddlers look out for Class V white water Milner Gorge Reach (Milner Mile) run on the Snake River. There is going to be high water days so Idaho Power is obligated to provide flows for recreational opportunities, that is they have to release water from the Milner Dam so we paddlers can enjoy this class 5 paddling.. This is brilliant news because the dam takes all the water so the stretch usually does not provide white water paddling opportunities.
