Ben Jackson Upper Middle Consumnes
Ben Jackson - KR trying to piece together the next mission via dreamflows. adidas Sickline Peter Csonka 2nd at World Champs
adidas Sickline - You probably know that we were preparing a lot (the whole season) for the World Championships which took place last week on the famous Plattling wave. This year I spent almost all the time I could in Plattling. Still, I think there were few people living there for half year, which was, I think, a little tot crazy.
Level 6 Returning Home
Level 6 - Hey Everyone! I've been home for about four weeks now relaxing on the farm. After a great year with New River Academy I have decided not to return next year and pursue some other goals of mine. Most of which are paddling oriented. Through the whole  I have paddled almost everyday! I've basically put the Level Six gear through the wringer and out the other side and gotten to see the quality and care behind the gear that allowes you to focus on the paddling instead of how you need another drytop while in the middle of Patagonia.

Immersion Research Jackson, WY's Very Own Teague Manley Checks In
Immersion Research - As the school year drew to an end and the rivers began to rise nationwide I decided it would be a good time to go on a trip. We started off by spending three great days at the Wyoming Whitewater Championships which included a down river race, a boater cross, and a rodeo. This was a great event and I was fortunate enough to land in second place in both the Down River Race and the Rodeo in mens pro. A great crowd turned out for the events and many good times were had even in the chaos that ensued in the Boater Cross down a class V stretch on the Greys river.

Palm Blogs - Outfitting your Open Canoe and giving it that personal touch is what truly gives it an identity and really makes it your own. This can however appear quite a daunting task and a mini adventure in its self, especially when starting from scratch and when a new boat is involved. So after having recently fitted my latest boat, I thought I would share my experiences and offer some of my thoughts and guidance.

The Blonde Blogger My World Champs 2011 - Thanks Mike
The Blonde Blogger - ... she said "you never know what is going to happen and what this is about. Don't place positive or negative judgment on the outcome. There could be something entirely different that comes that you never saw or expected".' These words have been in my head a lot this week. On Thursday 16th June, my first paddling mentor and dear family friend, Mike Dodd, lost his life in a motorbike accident in Tanzania. Mike ... will be sorely missed.
Sam Roil Winter
Sam Roil - Bit of a dry spell for the old blog posts lately. Reasons for this are along the lines of no decent camera, lots of other people doing updates on the same thing (the Wainui) and plain laziness. *On a side note - There aren't any pictures in this post so if you're one of those people (who just look at the pictures).... you might be disappointed.

Both waves were amazing in different ways. Glenwood was ...
Sweet Beatdown trip
Sweet - After the grand prix, my days in Canada are just getting more and more difficult. After spend a few really good days surfing Mini-Bus the levels dropped down and left the Ottawa river at a really strange level with not any good wave to go surf, so together with my chilean friend Marcos we moved to Quebec for the Rouge Challenge.

Palm Blogs Pringle & Katya: Worlds Update:- Days 1, 2 & 3
Palm Blogs - For some reason the levels and weather in Plattling this last two years have been pretty wild, either 30degrees and no water for months at a time or the opposite; big storms & flooding all of a sudden. So far we've avoided the floods at this event but it's always looked like its on the cards since a few storms before the event brought the level upto a good high level just in time. With the forecast of imminent flooding due this Friday the Worlds has been ran at a super tight schedule and after only 2.5 days of competition were pretty much done apart form finals. Day One:- Tuesday 21st – Women's, Squirt & C1 Prelims Women's kicked the competition off the field needed to be cut down to the top 20...

Daan Jimmink South Branch Middle Feather
Daan Jimmink - After Deer Creek, we all went our separate ways. While parked next to the freeway, we came up with the plan of going into ...
Bryant Burkhardt Summer has begun
Bryant Burkhardt - The other day was the Summer Solstice - the official start of summer and the longest day (daylight) of the year.
