Palm Blogs - A lot of kayakers will feel out of place on big volume at first. It looks scarier, everything is bigger, it's harder to spot where you're going and the water is more powerful than you have ever experienced before. Don't let any of that put you off. Here are my top three tips for big water paddling.

Starboard SUP - Team Starboard imposed itself in beautiful Porec, Croatia, during the seventh week of the Euro Tour. ICF - Slovakia's Alexander Slafkovsky's (C1M) continued his change to the series title with a second victory in two weeks, whilst Britain's Mallory Franklin (C1W) and Spain's Samuel Hernanz (K1M) each took their first as the opening medals of the 2016 ICF Canoe Slalom World Cup 3 were awarded in Pau, France. In the C1 Men's final, Slafkovsky looked supremely comfortable as he powered down the tricky 23-gate course without hesitation or error to deliver an exceptional time ...
