Team Pyranha Chasing Rainbows
Team Pyranha (Sunday 27th) ** - Rivers come and rivers go, one eddy flows to the next wave – we make our choices and move on. Never stopping, restless and awaiting. It is the drive to go with the river that takes us to its heart – moving us onwards to its end. Dirty and dusty after over night bus rides, sand in our eyes and hair from our beach beds.
Jackson Kayak Some Idaho classics
Jackson Kayak (Saturday 26th) ** - Hello folks, just wanted to check in and let everyone in on some classic Idaho runs that are well worth doing. This was an amazing year all over the country, but I decided to stay around home and paddle Idaho this year. It was the first time in a long time I blew off California all together. As a reward, I was able to hit some really good Idaho classics and some soon to be classics.

Mike Dawson (Wednesday 30th) ** - Si Davidsons memorial paddle - the whole Okere Falls crew out.The 2011/2012 summer is coming. With December quickly approaching the Okere Falls community is getting into the summer games! The river toys are coming out - and this year it looks like S.U.P boards are going to be the new thing.

The Next Horizon Line (Wednesday 30th) ** - Creeking season has arrived in the Southeast. Many years, there's a lull between the warm predictability of damn release season and the frenetic variety of creeking season. Fortunately this year they overlapped with the first good fall rain arriving before the final Tallulah release weekend.
worldkayak The Nantahala Wave is ON!
worldkayak (Wednesday 30th) * - Daniel Dutton surfing the new wave. The Nantahala wave in Wesser, NC "came on" today and boaters came out to test out the new feature, braving freezing cold temperatures to get a surf in.The water release was combined with natural flow from the recent rains, resulting in a feature that is "beefy" and very retentive. Playboaters will like the recovery pool the feature now has.
Fluid Blog Back to Colombia
Fluid Blog (Friday 25th) * - The Rio Chicamocha at sunrise, Santander, Colombia. So after about ten hellish months in the states I just arrived in Colombia where I now have two Fluid Solo Expeditions and a return flight in April. The Colombian legend Kees Van Kuipers along with some of the rest of the Colombia Whitewater.

In normal years, the period between the North and South Feather River releases and the beginning of our rainy season creates a 2 month void of class IV to V boating in the state.
