Riding Bumps - This year I am really trying to figure out how to mentally get over the "oh crap, I hurt so much" hump. You know the feeling, watching your GPS ¾ into a longer race go slower and slower even thought you are not doing anything different when your head starts to tell you how much you hurt – BAM Game over.
