Team Pyranha Review of Pyranha 9R white water boat
Team Pyranha - Aggressive, Nimble and Stable… these are the 3 words that come to mind when I am asked what I think about Pyranha's new boat the 9R. I have paddled a lot of boats in a lot of styles of water from big water waves, steep fast slides, and low water creeks. The 9R is my new choice of boat for any of these conditions. Jackson Kayak Here is a take on how to be victorious on the race competitions
Jackson Kayak - Now in all seriousness, the real three keys are to: plan, visualize, and go hard. Do not only know which eddies you need to catch but plan how you are going to catch them and where you will enter/exit. Look for the 8-balls and try to strategize your best bet for getting in and out of their areas as fast as possible in ways that avoid collisions with other racers. Traffic jams help no one. Watch where the water moves and look for what may not be the most direct path, but rather the one with the fastest moving water.
