Distressed Mullet - There are two definitely cool updates for the Carolina Cup, Graveyard race. The grueling 13.1 mile course circumnavigating Wrightsville Beach, NC will include a new buoy at the north end of Wrightsville Beach in Mason's Inlet. Paddlers will be required to round to the north of this buoy in order to avoid the sand bars and stay in the channel.

Jackson Kayak - After hitting the water at 6am in the dark I paddled out to my spot just over a kilometer from the shore with the lines in the water as the sun was coming up I came across a patch where the water went from 17 metres to 9 metres with heaps of sign on the sounder after about an hour I pulled up six nice eating snapper.
