Paddle Press: Outdoor Retailer: Project OR Project OR is a 48-hour concept-to-prototype student design competition meant to inspire innovative summer outdoor fashions and highlight Outdoor Retailer's supplier exhibitors.

Adrian Tregoning: Mzimvubu - The Adventure Begins Monday, 24 November 2008 had arrived. It had been a slightly disturbed night with somebody's house alarm going off several times and of course, the three big dogs made sure they voiced their opinion on the matter too, but once morning came we were greeted with thick mist and peace and quiet. The camp site was deserted except for us. Once the mist cleared our surroundings were revealed to us for the first time as we had arrived in darkness the previous night. It was quite beautiful! I knew it was going to be an interesting day and was looking forward to seeing more.

Team Pyranha: Northwest Creeking Competition Junior Category was super competitive but Regional Team Pyranha paddler Todd Wells ended up in 1st followed by his little bro Brendan in 2nd. Todd Also ended up winning the freestyle huck over the falls with a donkey flip paddle toss stuck clean.

Team Pyranha: Holtwood Sessions It's always nice to get out and play in the back yard. I'll let the pictures and video do the talking for our recent Holtwood sessions.

Jackson Kayak: Team Reno We've spent a good amount of time in the flatwater working edge control and boat and paddle dexterity.

Jackson Kayak: Annual Kaweah weekend Every spring we seem to get a cold spell in Northern California. This year it was during Ryan Knights spring break, so we had to go somewhere.

Immersion Research: Custom women's dry deck Roy L. from Flagstaff AZ ordered this for his wife- a custom dry deck that combines a women's Comp jacket to a J-Lo skirt. We thought it was a pretty snazzy piece of gear.

Small World Adventures: Kayak South America: Papallacta River, Ecuador A few big land slides and creek blow outs changed the river towards the end of this season. But, almost all of the changes really were for the better. After we finished our regular season, we had a few great runs down the Papallacta to send ourselves home in style.

Atlantic Kayaker: Bottom Creek The run starts off quite open with lots of great ledge boofs and after a portage mid run quickly changes character becoming fairly gorged in with lots of steep fast slides.

Jackson Kayak: The Dynamic Duo is getting families out together! I wanted to send this to you and let you know how much fun I am having with the Dynamic Duo since picking it up at Riversport.

TirtasetA Indonesia: National TV presenter tried to kayak We set up our rafting gears but not to forget the kayaking equipments too. Then, after taking the rafting pictures for three rounds, the producer was inspired to take whitewater kayaking attraction as well.

Am. Whitewater: Montana passes Strong Stream Access Law The law recognizes that both rivers and roads are public highways and that the public can legally travel from one to the other.

P&H Paddlers: Cockpit storeage A pump, a sponge & a paddlefloat, are items carried by many seakayakers, these are used during and after a rescue in many circumstances. Keeping the pump & paddlefloat close at hand is important, many people store them on the frontdeck, or next to the dayhatch behind the cockpit. I do the same if I am teaching self-rescue.

Whitewater: 2009 Clif Bar Flowing Rivers Campaign American Whitewater and Clif Bar are pleased to announce the 7th annual Clif Bar Flowing Rivers Campaign, pledging $2,500 to American Whitewater Affiliate Clubs for river stewardship work.
