Shasta Boyz Productions - Sh#t has been hectic in the SBP world lately. After finishing a master copy of Slippery When Wet in late July, I was barley able to get DVDs August 4th before flying to the Outdoor Retailer show on August 5th. Life by Water Introduction to Cape Town living
Life by Water - 2011, thus far, has been a year of exciting changes and new adventures. At the beginning of this year I moved to Cape Town to complete my studies and utilise the famous winter rainfall and big ocean swell, which provide some of the best kayaking South Africa has to offer. After one very promising wet-week in the beginning of winter, the sky cleared and the rivers dried up. I did, however, manage to get onto the water a number of times to paddle two of the Western Cape's premier rivers. These paddles also gave me the opportunity to paddle my new Fluid Detox on some hard lines.
Jackson Kayak Stephen's Garb Photos 2011
Jackson Kayak - We were lucky enough to have more than a month straight of epic Garburator levels this year on the Ottawa!  This is one of the best waves in the world, and it runs at low water.  Great eddy access and park and play potential makes it super popular as well.  Enjoy these photos of from the Summer.  These were all shot by Claire O'hara and me.  It was a great summer of paddling with friends from all over the world.

worldkayak blogs Summer Paddling. Going Artificial…
worldkayak blogs - So far this summer has been great! Although I've not been away like last year & there are no rivers or weirs running I have gone artificial. The new Olympic course at Lee Valley is now in full swing and is about an hours drive from my house. I've had several days there over the summer & a long weekends trip to Nottingham. As well as the usual flat water paddling at the pool sessions & work.
