NRS Duct Tape Diaries - The rivers of Chilli are in threat due to corporate interests in its natural resources and it has so many beautiful rivers and rapids that the local community cherish and enjoy. Therefore came the idea of Puesco Fest, it's a celebration of free – flowing rivers in Chile's Puesco Valley, it is part environmental rally, part creek race and part music festival and received support from many people who want to converse these beautiful rivers, great initiative!!
