CKS Blog CKS Blog: Wavesport 2009 Diesel Whitewater Kayak Review
The original Diesel 65 and 75 defined the term 'river runner' when they were released back in 2005. The designs were so solid that Team Wave Sport and countless others used the Diesels as their go-to big water AND creekers for years. Their combination of forgiveness, maneuverability, and bomber outfitting made choosing the Diesel a no-brainer, no matter what river you were putting on.

adidas Sickline adidas Sickline: Fall Paddling In The U.k
The past two months have been a nice time to slow down and refocus, after the continuous travel and work of spring and summer. For the time being I'm based in Foulmouth Cornwall, where I'm studying photography, together with Ed Smith my class mate and paddling partner, it's pretty handy having Ed about, as he loves techy things and I hate them, so we manage to progress through work pretty quickly, with some trial and errors and we get to go paddling together quite a bit, which is great.

Dash Point Pirate Dash Point Pirate: Exploring Lopez Island
Lopez Island has a reputation in the San Juans as being the "friendly island" (as opposed to the unfriendly islands Orcas and San Juan Island, I guess). Seriously though, I've never met any unfriendly people in the San Juans, except maybe a cashier or two at the grocery check-out who must have gotten their fill of summer tourists. Oh yeah, and then there was that cop that gave me a bogus speeding ticket on Orcas.
