Jeff Allen of Sea Kayaking Cornwall has just arrived in Stavanger, Norway, where he will be exploring the region and doing a presentation for the local kayak club before continuing on his Scandinavian paddling adventure.

The level was a little over 3.2ft I think, so the 5th slide gets a little scrapie, but the hairy part of the run is the turn in between the 4th and 5th slides. It's a quick left turn with a lot of shallow, nasty, concrete rock with who knows what in it, but the Dynamic Duo treated us very well.
