LiquidLore: Skookum Creek If you do find yourself going to the Skookum, get ready to scratch the shit out of your car, have a good bash down to the water, run some rapids and then some big waterfalls.

Jackson Kayak: Bladder waves in Idaho Idaho had two white water festivals this month. The first was the Payette Boise Revival (PBR) and the second was the Payette River Experience.

LL Ladies Lounge: Fun in Silverton It just rained here in the tiny town of Silverton, Colorado for 24 hours, hard. In the spirit of keeping it local, saving gas, and paddling in our backyard I rallied the "Silverton A-Team" (Jen Ross, Michael Barton and I) to go run our local manky creek this afternoon, Cement Creek.

PeakUK US: Two months roadtrip I'm just about to wrap up a two month long roadtrip following the competition circuit, and head home and get ready for the next trip. I figured I'd share some of the highlights.

Mt. Hood H2O: Zigzag River The creek was really fun and going from this bridge to the lower highway 26 bridge is a good section of very difficult class III.

PaddleBlogs: South American style As soon as you put in you will start with a nice grade III section to warm up, and not far from there you will have the first big one, which was looking like a big monster at that water level.

This River Life: First Spencers Hole Rodeo: Results The rides were amazing with the best ride of the day being a non-stop 45 second mobius tumble. A move previously though impossible, starting with a right to left split and ending with a clean air back-loop making one full vertical.

Todd Wells: Swift Water Rescue Class We spent our time in and out of the water understanding and practicing a variety of rescue techniques. I was already aware of and had used many of the rescue techniques, but methods such as the Z-Drag system and foot entrapment resolution were new to me.
