Atlantic Kayaker: Prelims a Success The preliminary round of the 2009 World Freestyle Kayaking Championship is over and I'm happy to say it was a success form myself and 30 other top notch paddlers. With consistent rides I secured a spot in the quarter finials and am currently sitting in 8th place. I'm also happy to report that the entire Canadian Men Team made it through the first cut.

Nick Troutman: World Championships: Prelims (c1, oc1, jr women, jr men) results Yesterday was the Prelims for the C1, OC1, Jr. Women and Jr. Men. It was a full day of World Championship competition.

Palm Blogs: making friends across the waters: Day 3 in Thun Overnight rain gave rise to a damp morning and an overcast sky. Day 3 in Thun looked like it would be a very grey affair. With the event still in the prelim stages, mid week was for the Canoe classes and Juniors.
