Adrian Tregoning Adrian Tregoning: Blauberg Beach – Slick Surf Kayaking
On 5 September 2009 a special day occurred in Cape Town. We had decent swell and zero wind. What an absolute pleasure. While Cape Town gets some monstrous swell, producing world class waves, we are often plagued by either the powerful south east trade wind in summer, or else the sometimes wea...

Wavesport Blogs Wavesport Blogs: Filming Nat Geo TV show on Rio Roosevelt in Brazil
The Cinta Larga tribe has allowed us access onto this river to complete a biodiversity inventory study with a group of scientists, 3 from Brazil and one from the US. The goal is to document the species and health of a river that has never had a scientific study done on it due to it's remoteness and of course, due to the whitewater.
WWTCC WWTCC: How has been pete done this?
Now I'm not sure if this Borras fella or the fishermen are actors in this film! Surly real land owners and fisherman can't be that naive, single minded, blinkered in there opinions regarding paddling and river access? Hopefully with the Rev Caffyn & God on our side we must win in the end!
