News Watch 2012 Whitewater Grand Prix Chile Bomb Flow - Today the Second Annual Whitewater Grand Prix kayaking championship kicked off on the Gol Gol River in the Los Lagos region of Chile. One Month until the Liquidlogic XPdition to the Grand Canyon Shane's Logic - This years trip will be the 5th annual pilgrimage through the Grand Canyon for the Liquidlogic team.  Unfortunately I am not going to be able to go on the trip this year but what I do have is a bunch of footage that I never put together of my trip last year.   The Supercharging Rise of Whitewater Sup Jackson Kayak - It's pretty amazing and undeniable to see how fast stand up paddling has taken off. Especially in whitewater. While many have enjoyed it's benefits along the coasts for decades, it's meteoric rise in the rivers has far exceeded everyone's expectations. American River (G-Wave) A Wet State (CA) - How could 10 fpm be so fun? I have no idea. The crazy thing, is that with 42,000 cfs raging down the river, there were countless waves that were over 10 feet tall. December Used Kayaks Savannah Canoe and Kayak - Mega X-Ray HDP. Finally towards the end of the season Mikkel gave me a shout and we all headed south of Calgary and into the Crowsnest pass area to finally get a trip down to this awesome river. In an effort to be both more financially and environmentally responsible, this is an important step. Mexico a Kayakers Guide by Jake Holland VE Paddles - After much research on flights, it was decided we would fly with Virgin Airlines, as they take kayaks for free. The negative side of this plan was that they only fly into Cancun, which is a 3-day drive up to Tlapacoyan, where the bulk of kayaking is. Gopro Hero 3 Black Edition unsponsored - My GoPro Hero 3 Black edition arrived this week. The form factor is indentical to that of the Silver Edition I already have, as it's the internals that are different.
