Shoreline Handicap & Black Rock Surf Festival Palm Blogs - The first competition of the season dawned as one of the best days we have had in Cornwall for a long time. Not much wind and the sun was coming out and I hadn't packed any sun cream! A Run Up to Topsail Beach Newfoundland Kayakoholic - On the way back we met Barb, a fellow kayaker. She has not been doing much paddling and expressed interest to get back into it. So we suggested perhaps she could start coming to the Thursday practices to help get back into kayak mode. Adv Race - Training Adventurous Experiences - We were out last night off Peel, with two of the teams who have entered the Amateur Adventure Race on 22nd September, completing their FREE sea kayak training session. Kettle River Paddle Fest worldkayak blogs - Well, Last weekend was Kettlefest in Sandstone, MN. While I unfortunately missed the event, everyone sure had loads of fun! the event starts off with a community paddle down the river, and in the afternoon. They race! The level was great for surfing too.
