Girls at Play Kathmandu Life and Kayaking Journies
Girls at Play - It's been one week since we landed in Kathmandu, Nepal. Namaste– what I had always thought to be a cliche exchange among new-age western hippies has taken on a new meaning, as it is the standard Nepali greeting for "hello." It was the first word I heard stepping off the plane into the Kathmandu terminal.

Now there are plenty of other great destinations of course (Mexico, Uganda, Italy, the PNW just for a start) but for me these 6 are hard to beat.

SUPracer A new "Non-Stop Tour" division could be added for this year's SUP 11 City Tour
SUPracer - The longest, most grueling SUP race in the world, the SUP 11 City Tour in the Netherlands, just got a whole lot harder. As if paddling 220kms over five separate stages wasn't enough, the organisers will be adding a new "Non-Stop Tour" division to this year's 11 Cities event. Not sure if the pros such as Bart de Zwart and Peter Bartl will enter the traditional five stage, five day option, or if this new non-stop tor will become the most prestigious division. Whoever enters this is going to need some stamina.
