The River Life SUP Magazine - This summer, SUP magazine organized a Main Salmon River trip in Idaho with Middle Fork River Expeditions. Some of the sport's best athletes signed on so we used the expedition as an opportunity to examine the state of whitewater SUP. Costa Rica Rios Our Story Costa Rica Rios - My name is Fraser Tyrrell, and I'm one of the owners of Costa Rica Rios. The year 2000 was when it all started for us. We were both living in the British Virgin Islands, working on yachts, when Jane literally sailed into my life. Almost 14 years later, we are still going strong and things just seem to be getting better and better. Best of PaddlingLight in 2013 PaddlingLight - I'm wrapping up the year at PaddlingLight and like I did last year, I'm looking back to see if there were any themes (In 2012, I got philosophical). Technically I have been focusing on developing my hole boating skills for as long as I can remember, only getting out on waves for a few days or weeks here and there, as and when I could.
