News Watch Headlines Columbia Two Hb Inflatable Kayak From Aquaglide AirKayaks - We continue with our series on the new Aquaglide line of inflatable kayaks. Our first two reviews focused on the Chinook price-point line. Our third and fourth reviews featured two in the flagship Columbia line of high pressure inflatables, the Columbia One HB a high-pressure touring model for one paddler, and the Columbia Tandem for 1-3 paddlers. Moving on to Virginia Log of Ibi - These are red squirrels, which are a bit smaller than gray squirrels. Going with us, these last remaining two were going to settle in gray squirrel territory in Eastern Virginia near Norfolk. When they ventured forth at my brother's home, it was amazing to see that they instinctively began building natural squirrel nests in the oak tree there. Connor Wins The Maui 2 Molokai Championships SUP Surf - The 2014 Maui-2 Molokai World Cup Championships was a great event. We all got up early 5:00am, so that we could gas up the boat and get over to Mala Wharf to launch our boat. My dad, mom, sister and girlfriend were all on the boat to cheer me on. Back on the Concord Trash Paddler - After several days paddling the waters of Casco Bay in Maine, I was back on my local and non-saline Concord River this morning and it was found to be none too shabby. 2014 MEC Victoria Paddlefest Kayak Yak - Well, you couldn't ask for a nicer day for a paddlefest, and this year's MEC Victoria Paddlefest hit the weather jackpot. One of the hottest days of the year so far shone down on paddlers of all types as they gathered at Willows Beach to try boats, gear and equipment. Louise and I were there early to check it out. Uk Saltwater Kayak Fishing Jackson Kayak - My weekend of kayak fishing started with me driving down for the annual Runswick Bay Summer Kayak Fishing Festival, held on the North Yorkshire coast. 84 kayak anglers from around the country had turned up to compete for the top spot. Merica Luuka Jones - A swift return to the daily training grind in Nottingham after the world cups saw a couple of tough weeks as I recovered from three back to back international races. Connor Baxter wins the Maui 2 Molokai race SUPracer - Connor Baxter has just won the Maui 2 Molokai race yet again, beating an all star field and firing a shot across the bow ahead of the big one, Molokai 2 Oahu. This must be about the 6th or 7th time in a row that Connor has claimed the M2M title, however this year the win was more hard fought than ever. YakAngler ICAST Interactive YakAngler - This Tuesday July 15 the YakAngler crew descends on Orlando, FL for ICAST (International Convention of Allied Sportfishing Trades) 2014. ICAST is a sportsman's paradise, with hundreds of fishing and outdoor companies all under one roof. We want this year's ICAST experience to be as interactive as possible. Thousands of years in defence of the realm in the Sound of Bute. SeaKayakPhoto.com - When we rounded Garroch Head at the south end of Bute we caught first sight of our destination for our night's camp. Low lying Inchmarnock was still 10km away but already we could make out the light quartzite beach at its south end.
