This year a new to the lineup Farmlands Kayak Race started off the season. It is held on the Farmlands section of the White Salmon River in Washington. This section of river is a fun class IV section. The Wind River Festival in Washington took place the day after the Farmlands Race. The water levels played a big role in last minute changes to this event.
