On Calancasca river at a high level I tested the playboat performance of my Jefe. And yes it works well. I started with a nice entry move which is called Deep Diver going directly into a nice cartwheel.
Dagger Blogs Dagger Blogs: The Chattooga Experience...
We put on at 1 pm and paddled hard downstream the whole time, racing the daylight. Section 4 ended up being the most rowdy part, and fortunately we made it through Five Falls in one piece as it became too dark to see!
Trent Thibodeaux Trent Thibodeaux: Rio Claro
The run is basically waterfall after waterfall after wallfall, all good-to-go. There are a couple of mandatory and unscoutable drops but it all goes and just adds to the excitement. The entré saltos section has the coolest rapid I have ever paddled, the "Garganta" aka swirly bird drop. After this is more tight slots, waterfalls and at one point we entered a dark hallway and when we rounded the corner a huge 70-80 foot waterfall was pouring in on the side.

Adam Herzog Adam Herzog: Reminisce

duemmstuff duemmstuff: WHITCOMB
Happy Whitcomb team. All photos taken on Janez Cizman's camera. I lost mine before I even got to the river. It usually takes two days to paddle the Whitcomb River. It can be done in a day if you are really quick, but we were in no hurry to get stranded somewhere in a canyon.
Pesda Press Pesda Press: Photos from Mexico
So I may have missed the best of the ice here in North Wales, but I kept my eye in for falling off of things with a couple of weeks kayaking in Mexico this January. Late season it's like a taller Italy, early season (November, December) I imagine it'll be like a warmer Norway.
playak.tv playak.tv: Video: Winter White Water Feb 2010
An unusually nice winter day in Washington state spent rippin Tumwater Canyon on the Wenatchee River. Snowy banks, clear cold water, and running into friends made for an exceptional day of paddling.

SUP Surf Mag SUP Surf Mag: Hulakai Trials and the first Round of the Sunset Beach Pro, presented by Red Nose
The kick off of the Waterman League's Stand Up Paddle World Tour had an anxious build-up, as athletes from around the world would come together to mingle, compete, and inevitably judge and be judged by their respected peers, and the North Shore would be host to yet another event close to others by date, yet distanced by medium... SUP.
