The world's latest paddling headlines.
Peter Csonka SOPAC SOMER FEST
Peter Csonka - There is a play spot in Sopotnica, which is very different to others. This one is probably the only one of its kind because it is all mechanical. Few years ago the Spindler Family realized they needed a spot for training so the only chance was to build one. I am not going to tell you the histo...
Jackson Kayak Adidas Sickline Extreme Kayak Worlds Finals
Jackson Kayak - Well it was an amazing day. We had great weather, sunny and warm, and perfect water levels. The day started off quarter finals, head to head style. 1st place races 48th, second races 47th, and so on. I was lucky enough to race Michele Ramazza, 2nd and 3rd place finisher the last two years. It was awesome to race such a great competitor and friend, though unfortunately only one could make it.
Adam Frey Gordon River Trilogy
Adam Frey - This weekend Dan Bentley and I headed off to Vancouver Island as is often the case in the winter as that's where the best boating often is. Vancouver Island is amazing paddlingwise, and very unique. It sports a good amount of classics, beautiful deep canyons with amazing scenery surrounded by lush ...

Level 6 A dry french summer…
Level 6 - Like during the rest of this year, water levels were pretty low in France this summer. So what do you do if you work and are unable to travel far? This summer started with an event that I really like : the Natural Games. The competition is as tough as the parties are wild! Even with what little training I was able to get in this season, I managed to make it through to the finals and ranked 4th. Not too bad…
Jackson Kayak Boise River Diversion Dam
Jackson Kayak - Idaho isn't particularly known for it's waterfalls. We are so deprived, that we actually must leave the borders of our state to find that magical feeling of falling off of something. But there is something close within city limits.

This makes it super fun to be a JK paddler. Thanks JK!
Will Herman Surfing The Swellies
Will Herman - It was always going to be an early start but four a.m. felt more like the middle of the night; still, with a big tide, being two days past the biggest equinoctial Sp tide of 2011 (10.21m Liverpool) and the chance of some good sport in the Menai Strait, it seemed worth the effort.
CKS Blog Surftech French 10'6″ B-1 Review
CKS Blog - Inflatable vs. hard shell SUP for the river. That is the the great debate. Epoxy boards are slick and fast , but ding easily. Plastic boards are durable , but heavy. Inflatables are also very durable (as well as the only...
