News Watch Headlines Land of Giants - McKenzie River, Oregon Jordan Searle - Well I am glad to say that I have managed to make my annual pilgrimage to North America, and although I knew it, I was gutted to arrive in the COMPLETELY melted state of California. WPA National Race World Paddle Association - The WPA National race is a charity event raising money 4 local charities,. and will have a beach start on National Boulevard Beach in Long Beach at approximately 12N on July 14, 2012. Hosted by the Tommy Brull Foundation a local charity for those afflicted with physical, mental and emotional challenges. Our last weekend of kayaking in the Alps (Alps part due) Small World Adventures - Our last weekend in Europe found us back in Switzerland. We paddled Thursday and Friday on the Inn River while waiting for our weekend-warrior paddling buddies to be free to join us. The Inn has multiple sections and is "roadside" ... A first timer on the Green River Narrows Nick Bennett - At some point during my first few months kayaking at Edinburgh we discovered the Dagger Green Boat (rumour had us believing it was only available in green). I was amazed to find it was made specifically for a race on a section of river ... Intense 2nd Swiss SUP Championships SUP Connect - It was a spectacular action packed day for the 2nd Swiss SUP Championships held on Preverenges Beach July 7th.  Watch & Read More... SUP Magazine - The H2O Overdrive Summer Series began in 2009 as a standup paddleboard race called the H2O Overdrive SUP Cup™, held on the beautiful banks of the Jordanelle Reservoir. After our first event, everyone was asking when we would host the next H2O Overdrive SUP Cup™. Low water blues? Go Stand Up Paddling! CKS Squad - It has been a bleak year for h2o in Colorado and New Mexico. A lot of the classic runs never really had any run off to speak of. Never fear, SUP is here. Even with the low water, Stand Up Paddle Boarding is a total blast. If your running a class 2-3 drop, you will get a class 5 feeling ... Namur International SUP Race EU SUP Association - The 1st Namur International SUP Race has been a huge success.It is the first time that an international SUP race was organised in Belgium and it has been a big challenge for the organizers to make it possible, we want to thank them for this event. Trapper Paddles and snowshoes Wildpaddler - Lately I've been keeping busy in the shop working on another small order of paddles. These all have the same blade design as well as a modified north woods grip. "Flying Fish" Video Drew Gregory - Recently I hooked up with the guys from YonderBlueFilms.com to shoot and (try to) direct a unique fishing video via their innovative helicopter to get unique angles/shots. Fishing for Memories Fishing Rodeo Jackson Kayak - Fishing for memories is a three day fishing rodeo that began in 2009 after event organizers Carrick and Holly Boffy decided to bring the family fun of a fishing rodeo back to Intracoastal City, Louisiana. Carrick Boffy grew up enjoying the Kiwanis Tarpon Rodeo held at the same location from the 1950's – 1990's. The Boffys selected the Alzheimer's Association as the rodeo's beneficiary because Maxie Pierce, Carrick's grandfather, died of the disease.
