IRF President selected as member of WPA Academy International Rafting Federation - Our President, Joe Willie Jones, has recently been honoured by being selected as a member of the Academy of the World Paddle Awards (WPA). Searching for Bulls Jackson Kayak - My buddy Blake and I set out in our Cuda 12s last Sunday morning in search of bull redfish. Conditions were very favorable, with temperatures somewhat mild for winter, partly cloudy skies, tide and winds low, and water clarity very good.
