Werner Werner Paddle Pro-Staff - Casey Brunning
Werner - Help us welcome FiN Crazy's Casey Brunning to the pro-staff at Werner Paddles. He lives with his family in south Louisiana where he is an avid kayak angler. Thanks to the folks at Massey's Professional Outfitters and the Adventure Fishing World Championship for making the introduction.
PaddleBlogs Liquid Fusion Kayaking: Water on the Eel
PaddleBlogs - Finally, Northern California got some rain!!! All the residents of the north coast were excited including the fish, plants, and people. Our foul weather friends were particularly excited as it meant our first whitewater runs of the season.
Standup Journal Is Stand Up Paddling Really Exercise?
Standup Journal - It's 4am. I can't sleep. For I know that in just a few hours when the sun comes up, I am going to hit the water, just me and my SUP and the world wide open. And the early morning light can't come soon enough.
YakAngler 1 Fish, 2 Fish, Dead Fish, Supermodel?
YakAngler - Apparently some folks find it appalling that a hot topless woman would pose with a dead sailfish slung over her shoulders. Sports Illustrated latest Swimsuit edition has a photograph of model Jessica Gomes wearing a dead sailfish.
Mt. Hood H2O Beaver Creek Falls, OR
Mt. Hood H2O - The first time I scouted Beaver Creek Falls was two years ago when a bunch of friends and I were in search of a respectable sized waterfall to step up too. Beaver is a short 45 minute drive from Portland, it lies just off Highway 30 outside of Longview, WA.
Standup Journal Check Out Kai Lenny's First Time Sup Session In Pistol River Oregon
Standup Journal - Action, Kai has so much fun doing windsurfing, SUP in rapids. This makes a exciting video to watch, in the end its heart warming to see Kai teach kids Stand Up Surfing and enjoying every movement of it. This video is a must watch!!, its very refreshing. Its certainly positive.
unsponsored Demshitz on West Virginia'S Cranberry Creek
unsponsored - This is basically a new run that was recently found, cleaned out and paddled by Shane Groves and John Moore. There are mainly slides on this run with one tricky little 8 footer. It gave myself and Josh a little trouble.
Jackson Kayak Anna's Six Minute Ab Series.
Jackson Kayak - One reason I was excited to join Jackson Kayak was to have the opportunity to share a few yoga stretches and core exercises that help to keep me healthy, strong and on the water through the JK blog.
Connor Baxter Train? Work Like a Dog
Connor Baxter - Awhile back I wrote about the surgery that was the first step to getting back into ultimate competitive shape. (Surgery Part 1 and Surgery Part 2) It seemed like 2013 was a year of injuries for a ton of us who usually compete our way to the podium and train/enjoy our sport as friends along the way.

Martina Wegman Kaituna Timetrials & Wairoa Extreme Race - NZ Extreme Series
Martina Wegman -  The NZ Extreme Race Series kicked off with the first 2 out of 5 races taking place on the Kaituna & Wairoa Rivers. Despite it was a rainy day, the river levels where super low, which meant more slow water in between the rapids, pushing the laps to at least 7 minutes of brutal sprinting!
Wavesport Blogs More flooding in the UK lets the Mobius play!
Wavesport Blogs - We have had lots of rain here in the UK with major rivers bursting their banks both in the North and South of the country. Many Brits are therefore hitting the rivers or Wales, Scotland or Yorkshire or have been hanging around waiting for the weirs to run.
Sydney Surf Ski Pentax Optio WG-2 GPS & Nikon Coolpix AW100
Sydney Surf Ski - Two great waterproof cameras from Pentax and Nikon landed on the same day, and they've been well and truly flogged ever since. My first waterproof camera was the venerable Panasonic Lumix, which served me extremely well until I discovered the stills off a Contour were great, and I didn't have to stop to take them.
