Canoe Freestyle moves forward ICF - The ICF Board of Directors met and approved changes to the Appendix 1 Basic Moves List. This is the list of move definitions used in Freestyle competition. This year I believe there were close to 350 paddlers who came down south for this increasingly popular event near the sleepy southern Alberta towns of Lundbreck and Pincher Creek.
