Wavesport Blogs South Branch of the Middle Feather, California
Wavesport Blogs - After not even a year I am back in California, my favourite place to kayak on the world so far. Found a job on weekends and kayak everyday on weekdays. Its great way to do it and it allowed me to run one of the greatest rivers out here. South Branch of the middle Feather.

Jackson Kayak Bold new style for Stookesbury's "Hotel Charlie #5: First Descent" (teaser)
Jackson Kayak - Bold narration, exotic scenics, rugged whitewater, and top-notch cast … this latest Hotel Charlie teaser shelves the 'humble documentary' motif of Ben's past film work for a more aggressive, entertainment-oriented 'docu-drama' style that seems to suit his rugged endeavors and the rock-solid visual imagery he's adapted to his surroundings.
PeakUK BUCS Canoe Polo 2010
PeakUK - Once again the Hatfield water park, Doncaster, played host to the incredibly well attended BUCS student canoe polo competition. The event began on the 24th April where organisers from Loughborough students' canoe club observed a mass migration of students from all over the country. A total of 84 teams entered, many of whom were armed with canoes, tents and in true student spirit, copious amounts of alcohol.
SeaKayakPhoto.com Do Holy Island monks think they are above the Law of Scotland?
SeaKayakPhoto.com - Well the Calmac bacon and sausage rolls had barely settled before it was time for second breakfast. We decided to land at the north end of Holy Island. Unfortunately it was low tide and there were innumerable slippy boulders to negotiate.
CKS Squad Downstream Edge River Rescue class with Nick Wigston, Tommy Hilleke, and Evan Stafford

New River Academy Final project photo essay
New River Academy - This is a photo essay. Basically a compilation of photos that share a basic theme. My photo essay details our journey through this year, starting in Ottawa first quarter, and ending in West Virginia. I tried to end each section with a night photo, but that was a little difficult. I would like to point out that even though the last shot is not of anyone in our group I feel it describes how we as a group are.
A Wet State (CA) Write-up: Hayfork Creek, Lower
A Wet State (CA) - Something about the write-ups online at cacreeks and jscreekin have kept my desire for this run low. In one they talk about portaging many sieve piles while the other talks about running many a class V sieve piles. On the other hand, Stanley and Holbek don't really mention sieves at all. For some reason this year I decided to forget all my preconceived apprehension towards the sieves and decided that Lower Hayfork Creek sounded like a good idea.

Indeed David and his mates can often be seen paddling class IV/V in their Solos.
Daily Paddle David Mocke – Surfski professional
Daily Paddle - Yes, I was 11 years old and my dad and I regularly went paddling on an old beat up foam double surfski that he has bought. 2 of my brightest memories are getting caught inside a reef break of a point on Fish hoek bay and the other was coming back in the dark about 7pm in late winter and a whale coming up right next to us about 50m from shore.
homemade kayaks I`d rather be paddling
homemade kayaks - I often find myself wishing that my last couple of patients call and cancel, letting me off the hook and able to dash to the club for the sunset sessions .Mostly its the newcomers who attend , people who have just joined our club and don't yet have all the right moves or oldies wanting to polish up their technique.
