Adrian Tregoning Final River in West Sumatra!
Adrian Tregoning - Thursday 26 November 2009. I woke up at 07:30 and felt tired. Perhaps it was the excitement that all the other days had been filled with that left one feeling quite drained. It wasn't a bad thing, it was just, well, one of those things. The trip had been really memorable and I'll always look back fondly to the amazing things were saw and experienced there, but before I get too teary eyed in my story, we still had one day left to paddle.

Adrian Tregoning Germany Surf Kayaks Cape Town
Adrian Tregoning - In the beginning of this year I managed to meet up with Michael Schubert from Paderborn, Germany. He was here to do some sort of research for his studies at a hospital near to me and with him being a kayaker, we met up. Not having ever met him before, except via Facebook - it seems that's a very handy way to network, and meet up with fellow kayakers.

Sweet Cold Cali Creeks
Sweet - After hucking down on a few of my favorite runs in the Northwest, I made my way from the Green wonderland of the PNW, down to the ever so classic California goods. Finding some very out of the normal Cali weather, we have been forced to run some high and cold rivers.
Sam Roil California Summer?
Sam Roil - We haven't really been experiencing the textbook Californian summer of clear skies and super hot days - rain, hail and snow have pretty much been the go for the last week. As a result the water is still locked up in the snowpack for all of the big runs. Last week we got on a couple of small creeks along with the ever present South Yuba runs.

Stan Mac Kenzie "Paddling Modes"
Stan Mac Kenzie - I just thought I'd follow Sean a bit on our outing in St. Philip's on Thursday Night. The wind was howling and gusting up to about 30kt SW. A land breeze I guess. We were just exercise paddling I think. Exerting energy for the fun of it. Practising squares, triangles and every other angle into the malestrom.
Simon Willis Tidal Power Generator Planned for Prime Sea Kayak Location- Skye
Simon Willis - I lost count of the number of times we went to Kyle Rhea when filming Sea Kayak with Gordon Brown. All the tidal coaching sequence is shot there. The tide is fast and crucially, the site is sheltered. Which is why tidal power developers have been eyeing it up for a while.
