Dagger Blogs VIDEO: Big Water Means Big Swims on the Colorado River
Dagger Blogs - While out in Vail last week for the Teva Mountain Games, Team Wavesport's Trip Jennings and I cruised down I70 to Barrel Springs Rapid on the Colorado River for a little afternoon fun. With us was longtime paddling partner Adam Mills Elliott, who demonstrated that while a big water swim doesn't necessarily need to be a long and terrifying ordeal.
Rafting Life 1st D, Parsons Creek Vancouver Island
Rafting Life - Had a coffee in my hand, cruising down the island highway got the call to meet Mike Neville down at the Gas Station near Little Qualicum Falls. We did the transfer of boats and gear to my car, always a bit nerve racking as you think something you might need later might get left behind. We made it to Port Alberni in good time.
adidas Sickline 4 Medals for 4 Sickline Teammembers
adidas Sickline - The World Cup is already over and brought huge success for the team Vajda. There were two World Cup events this year, one was in Augsburg where Nina finished on the first place in woman category and me on second place in men's category.

playak.net - A new chapter in Indonesia 's whitewater scenery began when ' BIG O' Olaf Obsommer and his SICK LINE Team visited the islands of JAVA and SUMATRA: they left their boats here - and that did the damage: Lody ( manager from ARUS LIAR, Indonesia's No 1 Rafting company ) fell in love with the sport and invited others...
Small World Adventures Puntledge River Festival Vancouver Island
Small World Adventures - The Puntledge River festival is a sweet event put on by the Vancouver Island Whitewater Paddling Society. They have worked with BC Hydro to release water in the 65-110 Cubic Meters per Second range for the festival (for those of us using cfs, multiple the cms by 35 and you'll have a pretty good idea of the cfs).
CKS Squad A Tale of Three Ropes
CKS Squad - So, it's that time again to talk about ropes in the river. Seems like this discussion comes up every year, but it's a good one to have.
Wavesport Blogs Great Paddling from Montreal to Saguenay
Wavesport Blogs - While driving from Ottawa towards the Saguenay area, we were lucky enough to catch some good water levels on a few of the classic runs found along the way. We actually left a full week earlier then we had planned so we could catch dropping water levels on one of my favorite rivers the Mastigouche. The Mastigouche is an all time classic run, with non-stop action from top to bottom.
Jackson Kayak The Duo delivers great times on the Feather River! (video)
Jackson Kayak - This past weekend I was able to take my dad out for his second kayaking river trip ever. We had a great flow of 1350 cfs and we were lucky enough to see a family of river otters. I love the fact that the duo has allowed me to show my dad and other friends a part of my world that he would never have been able to see otherwise.
Tony Paradise On the sunny side of life
Tony Paradise - Saturday a paddle took time to organize. Stan had a work committment that made for a later start. Some couldn't wait and made their own plans. Stan and I drove to Sunnyside at the head of Bull Arm. It turned out to be a wise decision. Beautiful countryside, an eagle, a humpback whale and a couple of seals.
