News Watch Liquidlogic Black Ops and Stomper 90 on the Little White, WA Team LiquidLogic (Monday 27th) *** - Currently Brianne and I are in Hood River volunteering as the photographer for a First Descents camp located up at the Panorama Lodge. These are an amazingly inspirational group of people that drive me to continue to raise money and awareness for such an awesome program. Plattling freestyle worlds 2011 Palm Blogs (Tuesday 28th) ** - So after Pringles gold medal in Kayak Freestyle Worlds 2011 in Plattling it´s hard for me to come up with some great news… Beeing more a creek boater I made my way from the Teva Mountain Games in Vail (Colorado) to the Teva Extreme Outdoor Games in Ivrea (Italy) and then to Plattling. Working for the organizing team ... Worlds Day 12 Team I-Canoe (Friday 24th) ** - Today started bright and early with a scorcher of a day both on and off the water, the weather is fantastic and no sign of flooding! The Men's K1 Prelim heats started at 7am with both Dave and Thomas in heat number one followed closely with Ronnie in heat two, The day started well with Dave having ... Worlds: Finals Results – Dane's World! Jackson Kayak (Monday 27th) * - Plattling, Germany – The 2011 International Canoe Federation Freestyle Kayak World Championships could be called Dane's party, for US teen Dane Jackson who not only was the first and only person to ever compete in all four freestyle disciplines but also took top honors in three of the four and one bronze in the other. Beatdown trip Sweet (Friday 24th) * - After the grand prix, my days in Canada are just getting more and more difficult. After spend a few really good days surfing Mini-Bus the levels dropped down and left the Ottawa river at a really strange level with not any good wave to go surf, so together with my chilean friend Marcos we moved to Quebec for the Rouge Challenge. ICF (Monday 27th) * - The 2011 ICF Canoe Freestyle World Championships could be referred to as "Dane's Party"; the US teen, Dane Jackson, was the first and only person to ever compete in all four freestyle categories and took top honors in three of the four and one Bronze in the other. World Championships Gold Medal!!! Palm Blogs (Sunday 26th) * - So as you can probably guess by now Worlds for me had a pretty dream ending taking home the Gold Medal in Mens K1!!! Throughout the event i'd not really paddled at the level i knew i could, my problem i knew i was being too relaxed, not aggressive enough, finals i focused on pumping myself up as hard as i could and getting ready to have the fight of my life. I was willing to go by myself after little response from my texting frenzy. Two nights before departure Anna Fisher said she could make it... Germans win the big trick contest. worldkayak blogs (Sunday 26th) * - After the SUP event yesterday there was a big trick contest and all sorts of crazy fun.  The winning trip was from a team of Germans that managed to tie three Rockstars together and throw a big loop.  The best part was that the center boat was back wards for the full trick.  Here is a video thanks to Lee Hart. Teva Extreme Outdoor Games edit Martina Wegman (Wednesday 29th) * - Hey here's a little edit of the Teva Outdoor Games in Italy. We made the clip already a while a go but I haven't posted it yet.. The quality isn't great.. not sure why.. :). This event is one of my favorite of the year! The place where its held is such a awesome place.. very Italian! The cool... L'Argentiere Up Next in Canoe Slalom World Cup Series ICF (Friday 1st) * - Shortly after their final race in Tacen, athletes were already on the road enroute to L'Argentiere, hosts of the next ICF Canoe Slalom World Cup. L'Argentiere is a sub-community of Pays des Ecrins located in the Hautes-Alpes. The venue is the L'Argentiere Canoe Slalom Course which sits on the Durance River and is used for kayaking, white-water rafting and other water sports. Northeast LifeStyle Bliss-Stick US (Wednesday 29th) * - Finally got some pics while out paddling to post up. the water has been great so far this season.
