Matt Bezzina, NSW Australia - Stuart Trueman took a gamble and posted a proper expedition to the NSWSKC trips calendar. Suzie Cooney Catching His First Wave on Maui
Suzie Cooney - Catching your first wave can be when your 4 years old or for some when your 40.  I just wanted to share this little video my good friend Deb Driscoll of Maui made, as she takes little Quentin for his first surf session. I hope it makes you smile for him and maybe inspires you to try one day too!

Susan Beck Ballenger of South Carolina reached 100.93 miles on February 14th. I'm sure there are other paddling peeps who've also reached 100 miles; they just haven't been as consistent in recording and posting miles.
SUPrider Benoit Carpentier SUP surfing BZH.

Leif and Natalie 2013 Thanksgiving Trip
Leif and Natalie - This past T-giving Leif and I met up with Cody Beach for a trip that ranks in one of my top kayaking trips of all time. I missed last year's Thanksgiving break trip and was super excited to break away from my research to head to the Pacific Northwest (aka PNW) for a week. We just had a blast and Cody ranks as one of the best all time Leif and Natalie third wheels.
SUP Surf A Date With the Strait – 150 Mile Battle Between Man and Sea
SUP Surf - The threat of sharks, strong winds and huge waves is not enough to deter two Australians and one American paddler from an ambitious attempt to become the first in the world to paddleboard across the Bass Strait. Icy Antarctic swells, gusting winds, BIG fish (with sharp teeth) and shallow depths make the Bass Strait twice as rough as the English Channel. It's been likened to the Bermuda Triangle where weather conditions change rapidly and boats disappear.
