Grady and Brody took 1st and 2nd in the Junior Men's Freestyle. Brody & Kady competed for the first time in SUP Cross and SUP Downriver. A Word From Darcy Kayak The Amazon - For more than a decade, I've been guiding people down numerous tributaries of the Amazon; but I never imagined that I'd someday have the fortune (or misfortune depending on your perspective)  of kayaking the ENTIRE length of the mighty river. Bore Fever Surf Alaska - There is a condition we call bore fever. I've been infected with it over the years, though my symptoms have definitely lessened after finally catching the elusive giant wave last year after a multi month effort. Merrimack Patrol with Nhamc Paddlers Trash Paddler - This morning Mrs. Trashpaddler and I participated in a New Hampshire Appalachian Mountain Club (NHAMC) Paddlers trash patrol on the Merrimack River in Tyngsborough, MA. The 2013 Dahui Race SUP Surf - The 2013 DaHui race was amazing. It was on the North Shore of Oahu and started at Turtle Bay and went to Waimea Bay, which is about 7 miles. I got there and scoped out my competition and knew who was going to be fast – Travis Grant, Scott Gamble, Kody Kerbox, Mo Freitas, Kaeo Abbey. Fly Fishing Lake Amistad Pat Kellner - I went out to Lake Amistad this morning for a little bass fishing. Due to my re-location to Junction, TX, in the near future, all my bass tackle was packed away. I did however have a 5 weight fly rod and some recently tied bass flies. Tommy Fucini with One of The Biggest Stripe Bass Ever Caught From a Kayak. Werner - Congrats to WernerPaddle's Team Angler, Tommy Ficini for landing this monster stripe bass last night.
