SquareRock - With my GCSE exams finally over I am now free to paddle again!! After qualifying for the GB team again this year, training has begun in preparation for the World Kayak Freestyle Championships in America at the end of August.

worldkayak - This year's race was so much fun! We had six competitors, hot sunny weather and my friends Adrian and Kim Kurle helped us run shuttle for the event. I would like to extend a huge thanks to Gray from Osprey Rafting for letting us use his private river access for the event.
Corran SUP A Week in Montreal
Corran SUP - I just got back from an awesome week of river surfing in Montreal. Chambly, Habitat 67, and of course the Lachines. Unfortunately I was not able to surf Mavericks (see the post main photo from another time) this time around, but the other three spots really put out the goods.

PeakUK - Earlier this morning Fiona Pennie, Lizzie and Louise Donington had all made it through to the womens K1 final following clean runs on this notoriously difficult course. It was Lizzie however who came out on top in the final to finish in second place and add a silver medal to the gold she won at the opening World Cup in Cardiff last month.

A few sessions down the canal after work and a trip to Exmouth and Orcombe point with Ollie on Tuesday for some waves. It was the first time in the surf for both of them but within a couple of minutes they were both catching some nice knee to waist high waves.
