Tampa Bay Kayak Charters - It's May and summer is officially here! Been out fishing from the boat lately for tarpon as they start to show up in greater numbers. While the action has been hit or miss we have seen noticeable improvement in the last several weeks. Kingfish are still around and the tarpon bite is really picking up.
Dash Point Pirate Building A Skin-On-Frame Greenland-Style Kayak for Katya
Dash Point Pirate - I've had an itch to build another skin-on-frame kayak for some time now. I try to apply all the lessons I've learned from my previous experiences into each new kayak. If you could examine them side-by-side you might see a clear progression, an evolution as each kayak uses what worked well in the previous version, but also experiments with something different.
All Outdoors WW Rafting Return to The Tuolumne River Canyon: Images of Transformation
All Outdoors WW Rafting - Last summer the Tuolumne River canyon was the epicenter of California's third largest wildfire in recorded history, abruptly cutting short our rafting season and leaving a moonscape of destruction behind. Norm Hann Expeditions - What a tremendous experience the 2013 Molokai2Oahu World Championships were. Sarah Outen Aang – Welcome
Sarah Outen - The first time Justine mentioned we could push on for the community on the North side of Atka Island with three full days paddling I wasn't too keen. My muscles were sore and tight and I felt pretty shattered already, still settling into this new life of day-in-day-out paddling with heavy boat and still mastering the sail and dynamic conditions.
SUPracer Another Awesome Downwind Race In France
SUPracer - It's starting to sound like there were pretty epic downwind conditions all along France's west coast on the weekend. While half of France's regular racing crew were battling it out in the Guyader race, the other half were finding plenty of wind 300km to the south.
