She loves the waves and has been a great competitor in SUP races. Apart from this, she helps her parents with their SUP business. She's a happy women, check out this article and feel her passion for waves and SUP. We are going to see her a lot as she's going to participate in many SUP races. Dinkey Creek Dagger Blogs - Our plan was for Jared Johnson to pick up shuttle drivers and meet us at the put-it, unfortunately JJ couldn't find any and was able to get a text to us half way up to the put-in. We had to divert back to the takeout and jam into one vehicle but luckily Rolf was able to get us a shuttle driver saving us 2-3 hours of driving. Maui'S Olukai Race Just Set Its Dates for 2015 SUPracer - In the increasingly-crowded world of international SUP racing, it's definitely a wise move to announce your dates 12 months ahead of time. That's particularly true for the "super races" that help anchor down the season. One of those super races is OluKai, so it's great to see that, less than two weeks after the 2014 event was run and won on Maui, organisers have already announced dates for the 2015 OluKai SUP Race. Sup Racing Will Be An Olympic Sport; It'S a No Brainer. SUPracer - There's been quite a bit of chatter about SUP in the Olympics over the past twelve months. Some see it as a great idea, others think it doesn't belong, while many believe it's simply inevitable if the sport keeps growing the way it is. One of those is the guy who pretty much invented modern stand up, Laird Hamilton. Naish's Jenny Kalmbach Wins The Florida Cup Naish - Jenny Kalmbach and her Naish Javelin 12'6" LE joined stand up paddle contestants from across the United States at the annual Florida Cup, a 10 mile distance race on the waters of Tampa Bay. Tarsan Sup'S Tinder Thursdays SUP Magazine - Heat up the Summer Fling Season at TARSAN TINDER THURSDAYS singles mixers. Tarsan SUP's weekly event kicks off this Thursday, May 22, at Tarsan SUP's Redondo Beach location, and will be held every Thursday following, throughout the summer season. Watch as Over 300 Paddlers Compete in Puerto Rico'S Rincon Beachboy Race SUPracer - Cool little clip from the 2014 Rincon Beachboy SUP race, an event that attracted hundreds of paddlers to Puerto Rico last month. IFA Kayak Fishing Tour – Empire recap Jackson Kayak - The IFA Kayak Fishing Tour held it's first Louisiana division tournament of 2014 this past Sunday down in Empire at Delta Marina. 52 kayak anglers signed up to compete in the event and were treated with excellent weather conditions which ultimately meant a lot of nice fish had their pictures taken this past weekend. Team Dagger's Martina Wegman Places First Overall in Prestigious Whitewater Grand Prix Competition Outdoor Industry Association - Team Dagger athlete Martina Wegman of Netherland took first place overall in the women's division at the 3rd annual Whitewater Grand Prix (WWGP) in Quebec and Ontario, Canada on May 11. Wegman placed 1st in the Time Trials and Boatercross events, 2nd in the Giant Slalom, 3rd in the Big Wave Challenge and Freestyle Showdown, and 4th in the Single Trick contest for an overall best score of 34 points.
