Riviera Paddlesurf - The Cali Coastal Relay was awesome.Nice weather, and the team paddled hard almost sweeping every division.

Kayak Yak - This morning, Louise and I headed down to Thetis Lake so that Louise could try a dry-suit for the first time. Up to this time, Louise has used various combinations of neoprene pieces and paddling jackets. However, her main paddling jacket is in need of replacement and we've been discussing the pros and cons of a dry-suit as a replacement.

The idea behind the event is to get kayakers to better understand all the different WW disciplines. We compete in Wildwater, Slalom and Freestyle, in that order, all in ONE day. Jackson Kayak - It was a great success with an impressive amount of goodwill around, including the Nautical Club Platière an attendance we had not seen for a long time (120 registered), and especially in the youth categories which is a very good sign for the freestyle.

Standup Journal Epic 2nd day of action here at the Abu Dhabi All Stars Grand Slam
Standup Journal - It was another full and dramatic day of action today at Wadi Adventure Park in Al Ain, for the 2nd day of the Abu Dhabi All Stars. With a warm up session for the women to kick the day off, it was straight back into Men's Round number one, as we picked up with Heat #13 through 16 to complete the first round of action.
